Traditional Irish Medicine Research on TG4

Assoc. Prof. Helen Sheridan and Assoc. Prof. Astrid Sasse’s research on ‘The School’s Manuscript Collection’ (1930s Ireland), housed in UCD in the UNESCO world heritage collection, was featured in a TV documentary series aired on TG4 in November 2019. The episode searches the School’s collection for old Irish medical practices and cures.  It was filmed in the Panoz Institute and Trinity grounds. Well done to both!
