Invitation to lecture by Dr Elena B. Elkin
Dr Elena B. Elkin will give a lecture in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences research lecture series entitled;
A View from 30,000 Feet and 3,000 Miles: Population-Based Analysis of Cancer Care and Outcomes in the US
Dr Elkin comes from the Center for Health Policy and Outcomes at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and has published extensively in three main fields;
Health services research in cancer using population-based registries, administrative data and national surveys.
Decision support for cancer screening.
Economic evaluation of targeted cancer interventions.
The lecture will take place in the JOLY lecture theatre in the Hamilton Building on Thursday 19 September at 17.00.
